As if the recession wasn't enough to convince you to stay home and cook, the New York Public Library's
Young Lions are hosting a panel discussion called
Eating at Home this Monday, May 18
th in the Library's
Bartos Forum. Included on the panel are food writers Amanda
Hesser and Julie Powell, chef Rocco
DiSpirito, and Professor of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health at NYU, Marion Nestle.
